Ahmed Tani, Executive Director of the Canterbury Refugee Resettlement and Resource Centre (CRRRC), with Dr Somia Tasneem, Founder of KCC, at the 17th Annual Regional Forum, held on 23 September 2026 at Lancaster Park Community Centre, Waltham, Christchurch.
Themed “Community Wellbeing,” the forum brought together community, government and service-sector representatives to share knowledge, strengthen connections, and support inclusive and connected communities.
Dr Tasneem shared a KCC souvenir and an invitation to the upcoming KCC community exhibition, part of the Christchurch Heritage Festival 2026.
